Very pleasant experience

I’ve been going to the dealership for many many years everyone’s always friendly. Bob is always helpful and pleasant and work is always completed in a timely manner.

As always, the service was great! Cuyler was great as always. Very thorough and answered all our questions. Marcy was great with the financing aspect. The amazing customer service is why we drive 50+ miles to work with Gross even though there is a Chevy dealership right in our town. We even drive to have our oil changes there because they take any concerns we have seriously rather than pushing it off as our local dealership regularly does and they are always friendly.

Addressed concern, prompt service and excellent customer service!

I had my truck at 2 other local GM dealerships several times and they couldn't fix the problem. It took about 2 weeks but Gross was willing to take the time to get the issue to replicate and get to the root of the problem. The problem was a sticking valve. The other dealership replaced a spark plug, a fuel injector and a torque converter and didn't fix the problem. Gross drove almost 2 hours to pick up my truck and left me a loaner. When the truck was fixed they brought the truck back and picked up the loaner. I appreciate the extra effort to make it right.

Salesman Bill answered all my questions wasn’t pushy took the time to explain all my cars features to me. And I had a return visit for a check engine light and your cashier explained all the things on my invoice as well as letting me know the dates and what was covered on my warranty

Good, fast service.

Because the issue occurred the morning of July 4th, the service dept was closed. I reached out to Dusty Kreitlow, one of the service managers and he helped with a suggestion to get the vehicle started and usable until I could get it dropped off on July 7th. As always with Gross Motors, I was treated as family, had a loaner waiting for me, Bolt EV, and was kept aware of the progress.

Marcy & Roger were so friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had.

On 09/18/2025, I had my very first oil change and wheel alignment done on my 2025 Chev Silverado. The other service prepared by Gross Motors/Verizon on this day was a cell phone issue. I was unable to access my push-to call function on my Silverado. After I explained the cell phone issue, Mark, the head of the Verizon Phone Sales and Service Department at Gross Motors knew right away what was causing this issue and restored this function in My Silverado. It works fine and I thank-you very much Mark for your assistance. Respectfully Louis J. Rosandich
