Great salesman and great customer service.

Mike Gross is a upstanding human being,I and my wife and extended family have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership. I recently had 2 modules go out in my truck, 1 being my air bag module. Long story short he completely took care of me with the action that he did Thank you sir you have my utmost respect.

Daughter had a flat tire on our trailer and stopped in Gross Motors Neillsville. They got her in immediately and chnaged the tire and was back on her way. Great service.

I feel your service is great, but customers vehicles should be treated like new vehicles. Like putting a temporary seat covering on and not dragging your feet across sill plates.

My car got in at the appointment time. They advised that I also needed the tires rotated, along with the oil change and they were able to do it at the same appointment, so I didn't have to schedule another time. I was given a courtesy car at no charge so I could go to another appointment I also had in Neillsville. Received a text when my car was finished. Just all around great care given. Daughters car had oil leak issue. Mike gross made sure they got it in to look at it as soon as they could. They even got car in 2 days sooner than was told.

They were great. Fixed my tire and taped the screw to my invoice. ( nice touch) and they kinda waited for me after closing so I could take care of my bill.

Staff is friendly and everything went smoothly

I had a chip in my windshield. When the vehicle was purchased, a sealant was applied to the windshield. We call to inquire if that was cover by the insurance. We talked Karen at Gross's she filled out the paperwork set up the appointment and found out it was covered. Thanks to Karen for helping us with the windshield paperwork, and thank to the gentleman who fixed it, you would never know there a chip unless you should somebody where it was.

I did not have my car serviced there on that day.
