Quick service and help finding the place to put my key fob to start my truck if my key battery dies made my day.

10 months waiting for production and arrival of Blazer. Communication was key.

I was pleased that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took about an hour!! I was greeted promptly and cordially on checking in and when making payment for services before I left.

The service department in Neillsville worked with another GMC dealer and GMC to get a refund for my warranty work that was billed by the other GMC dealer. Would recommend gross motors to all my friends for vehicle purchases and service.

Mike Gross is a upstanding human being,I and my wife and extended family have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership. I recently had 2 modules go out in my truck, 1 being my air bag module. Long story short he completely took care of me with the action that he did Thank you sir you have my utmost respect.

Daughter had a flat tire on our trailer and stopped in Gross Motors Neillsville. They got her in immediately and chnaged the tire and was back on her way. Great service.

On 09/18/2025, I had my very first oil change and wheel alignment done on my 2025 Chev Silverado. The other service prepared by Gross Motors/Verizon on this day was a cell phone issue. I was unable to access my push-to call function on my Silverado. After I explained the cell phone issue, Mark, the head of the Verizon Phone Sales and Service Department at Gross Motors knew right away what was causing this issue and restored this function in My Silverado. It works fine and I thank-you very much Mark for your assistance. Respectfully Louis J. Rosandich
